Deepak H Thakkar

Shri Deepak Thakkar is a Chartered Accountant from 1984 and has an illustrious career spanning decades advising clients both Large Multinationals as well as midsize companies on all aspects of Taxation. He is an authority on Indirect Taxes, particularly GST. His command over his subject has got him many accolades and CAs in practice refer their clients to him for more detailed advices. He has authored many books and has been a faculty at various lectures, webinars and presentations conducted by ICAI, BCA, GSTPAM, AIFTP and various tax bodies.

At Fundwise Shri Deepak Thakkar advises the board on various aspects of the business and contributes to identify the path for future growth. Jimit Majithia
Pragmatic self-starter and a leader with a strong focus on helping people achieve financial independence.
As a founder of Fundwise, Jimit brings over 16 years of experience in Financial Markets. He has been advising HNI’s and UHNI’s on investments, financial planning, succession planning, business strategy and Philanthropy.
Prior to founding Fundwise, he was practicing as a Chartered Accountant advising corporates and SMES on businesses, advising them on both direct as well indirect taxes and consulting them on business restructuring and strategy.
Jimit has been a regular speaker at business and professional forums on “Opportunities in Options trading” and “How to use option data to analyse the markets movement”.
Besides being a passionate financial planner, Jimit is an Avid Biker and has travelled to Leh & Ladakh, Lahul & Spiti valleys. He is also associated with charity work and runs a website “simplecause.org” to support NGOS not having online presence.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Alumni of the prestigious Narsee Monjee College of Commerce, Mumbai.
